For an existing business website that needs a planned rebuild, with a clear scope agreed before work begins.
What is included
- Audit and repair plan. Review existing content, mobile usability, navigation, forms, booking, SEO basics and tracking. Prioritize what to keep, replace or repair, and agree which fixes are included.
- 10 named pages. Agree the exact page list before building. For example: Home, About, Services overview, four service pages, FAQ, Contact and one location or campaign page. This is 10 pages, not unlimited pages.
- Content and design. Rewrite the agreed pages using owner-verified business information, photos and proof. No invented testimonials or claims.
- A working inquiry journey. One contact or quote journey, including confirmation and delivery to the agreed inbox, plus one connection to an existing booking tool if needed.
- Standard SEO foundations. Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, sitemap and indexing checks, applicable schema, and existing URL preservation or a redirect map.
- Tested measurement. One analytics setup with agreed lead measurements tested, rather than simply installing tags.
- Review and handover. Mobile and desktop quality checks, two consolidated revision rounds, a handover video and 30 days of correction for defects in the delivered work.
Your written proposal confirms the 10 pages, included fixes, responsibilities and timing before payment. Custom CRM work, complex automations, extra pages and new requests are quoted separately. Hosting, domains, licenses and ongoing updates are separate. Traffic, rankings, leads and revenue are not guaranteed.
